This workshop is co-lead by Sandi Gleich of Photos by Sandi, Inc. and Jared Gricoskie of Yellow Wood Guiding. Sandi and Jared have teamed up to combine their decades of experience leading photo tours and workshops to offer you an amazing learning opportunity.

Workshop Packages:
All Inclusive Package ($425) - Workshop Instruction, Lodging, Food, and Transportation during the workshop included. (Alcoholic beverages and Gratuity for meals and workshop not included)
Lodging includes private bedroom and bathroom in a luxury cabin at one of Estes Park's highest rated resorts, Ram's Horn Village. Double Occupancy cabin, sharing a kitchen, and living room. Private cabins available for additional price. Private Cabins can hold a family of 6 so bring the family for an additional lodging and meals cost while you experience the workshop.

What you get:
- One on One personal instruction, student to instructor ratio of 4:1
- Digital media to review and reinforce topics discussed
- Free Instructional online step by step Videos
- Shooting in the amazing Rocky Mountains, 4 field trips in the amazing Rocky Mountain National Park, one trip specifically for you to learn your camera.
- Presentations and One on One instruction on photo editing. Including Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, Lightroom, ACR, Picasa, HDR, Nik Software.
Requirements:
- Digital Camera and laptop. (Tripod is highly advised)
- Software to open your camera's raw files. Software can be downloaded for free trail versions if they don't have already.
- Winter Clothing, Sweaters, Winter Jackets, layers are your friend avoid cotton and jeans.
- Boots and warm socks
- Hats gloves you can operate your camera with.
- Extra media storage - multiple CF or SD cards, hard drive space, or CD/DVD's
- Extra camera battery
Schedule
Friday:
Evening: Check in at Ram's Horn Village 5pm-6pm.
Dinner at The Dunraven Inn and introductions. A great time to get to know everyone.

Saturday:
Morning - Breakfast, Intro and Photo Basics Presentation
Mid-Morning - Field Trip #1: Learn your camera, then come back for image critique and beginner editing

After Lunch - Field Trip #2: Putting what you learn to use, then back inside to warm up and image critiques
Mid-Afternoon - Advanced Editing: Photoshop, Lightroom, and other techniques
Early Evening - Field Trip #3: Sunset Photo shot
Evening - Dinner at The Other Side

Sunday:
Coffee and fuel before breakfast to get people rolling
Sunrise - Field Trip # 4: Sunrise Shot
Breakfast - warm up and fill up for the morning
Morning - Overview Q&A time for students for both cameras and computing
Mid-Morning - One on One time for practicing editing skills
Lunch - Wrap up the workshop at Smokin' Dave's BBQ
(Optional Post Lunch field trip)

Register: (Only 7 Spaces Available)
To register for the workshop complete or print and save the Registration Packet, and email, or mail the completed information and deposit no later than Jan 8th, 2010 to one of the workshop leaders. Web-based email users (Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail) first same the completed form, then attach to your email. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours please call one of the workshop leaders.
Deposit: $160 payable by check or credit card
If the event of not reaching minimum participation your deposit will be refunded, or used to provide you a private workshop experience.
After you register you will get access to pre-workshop study information, articles, and online videos. In the weeks leading up to the Workshop join our Flickr group to post pictures and get critiques. In January get weekly emails to meet your instructors and get to know what Rocky Mountain National Park has to offer.
